In India, Nepal, and other parts of the East, Ayurveda is considered serious medicine—with schooling that’s commensurate with a Western medical degree. Composition: chamomile flowers, amla fruits, lemongrass, bacopa, basil leaves, fennel fruits, cinnamon, cloves.

Directions: A cup of tea twice or thrice daily. Dip the tea bag in a cup of hot water for five minutes. Add honey if desired.
