Right of refusal
Individual who wishes to acquire, purchase or could buy or use a good or service for a purpose which is not related to an economic or professional purpose (hereinafter referred to as a consumer) in accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No.255 Clause 19 of the distance contracts https://likumi.lv/doc.php?id=266462
may use the right of refusal and return the purchased product within 14 calendar days from the moment of making the purchase.
Procedures for handling complaints
Please submit the complaint regarding the availability or quality of the goods electronically by sending to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or written by sending to Kr. Valdemāra 159, Rīga, LV-1013. The seller shall provide the consumer with a written reply to the application within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the submission, sending a response to the address indicated in the complaint and informing about the possible form of settlement of the claim or settlement of the claim or alternative means of enforcing the claim.
If the complaint is found to be unfounded and you do not agree to the complaint as unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided for in the regulatory enactments by submitting a written application for out-of-court dispute resolution to the seller of the goods, indicating:
name, surname, contact information;
the date of submission the application;
the nature of the dispute, the claims and justification.
The Seller shall provide the consumer with a written response to the application within 15 working days from the date receipt was submited, sending a response to the address indicated in the complaint, and informing about the possible form of settlement of the claim or settlement of the claim or alternative means of enforcing the claim.
Herbals.lv does not store concluded purchase agreements. In some cases there`s possible renewal of the purchase document (check, bill of lading).
