Returns and exchanges
Is it possible to return or exchange an unused/unopened product?
We guarantee a 14 day return period.
We want to make sure you got exactly what you wanted.
If you decide that the ordered product is not what you wanted and the product packaging has not yet been opened, at your option we:
1) we will return the money
2) we will exchange the product
How is it possible to return the product?
It is possible to return the product in two ways:
1) by sending it to us by mail, with prior notification of return or exchange.
2) bringing it to our store-warehouse located in Kr. Valdemāra 159 Riga, LV-1013, phone 28668854
What do I need to do to return a product?
To return the product, contact us - when sending an e-mail to herbals@herbals.lv, indicate the order number and reason for return.
We will reply to you confirming that we have received your return request and send you a return form and a return process number.
Who pays for the costs associated with returning the product?
The customer will have to cover and bear all expenses related to the return of the goods
transportation risk.
What happens when the returned item is received?
When we receive your shipment, we will contact you about changing the product or returning the money.
Can I return or exchange a used/opened product?
Our 14 day exchange policy only applies to unopened and unused products.

In order to avoid possible errors, every product in stock is checked before it is packed for dispatch, but unfortunately sometimes mistakes are made.
