Directions for use — HAIR ESSENTIAL COMPLEX program

Step 1 — Internal support (daily)

Take 1 AMLA Golden Chakra™ tablet once daily with water, preferably during a meal.

Step 2 — Nourishment and care (2–3 times per week)

Apply a small amount of Dabur Amla Hair Oil to the scalp and distribute along the length of the hair. Massage gently. Leave for 30–60 minutes or overnight for more intensive care.

Step 3 — Cleansing (2–3 times per week or as needed)

Wash hair with ABHA Shampoo-Conditioner, gently massaging the scalp. Leave for 1–2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.
