How to use:

For a bath: 400-500 g of salt should be dissolved in warm water. Such a bath will help relieve stress and tension, calm down, and relax muscles.

It is recommended to take a bath three times a week for 15-20 minutes.

Foot bath: make a 1 to 2 solution with warm water, take for 5-10 minutes. This procedure will reduce fatigue, soothe pain, remove unpleasant odor and soften the skin of the feet.

Body scrub: Add a little salt to a tablespoon of olive oil or shower gel. Use this paste as a body scrub. After it, the skin becomes smooth and elastic.
