Ingredients:

80% Oolong tea, Lotosa seeds, Psyllium 

The tea mix that is well-known and popular all over China is an important part of the everyday routine since hundreds of years. The ritual of tea drinking is accompanied by respecting healthy lifestyle. The tea supports the oxidation and catabolism of fats. It helps in bodyweight control and may support the efficiency of a slimming diet. Wu-long, or oolong, tea is said to have antioxidant, anti-ageing, and weight-loss properties thanks to it's polyphenol content. Polyphenols are a natural antioxidant found in Wu-Long tea. In fact, these biological compounds (polyphenols) are powerful antioxidants. What does that mean to you? Some of the unpleasant signs of ageing, such as wrinkled and rough skin, dark spots on the skin, and loss of memory have been reported to diminish with regular consumption of wu-long tea. "Catechin" is the primary polyphenol found in wu-long tea, in fact, makes up for almost up to 40% of the tea's weight composition

Method of preparation:

1-2 tea bags for a glass of boiling water 250 ml and infuse for 2-3 minutes. Tea can be used as hot or cold. You can add sugar, honey, lemon.

How to drink:

take one cup of tea after every evening meal. Course - 2-3 months. After every 10 days we recommend to take a break for 5 days. If necessary, the course can be repeated 2-3 times a year.
