Camphor increases Prana, reveals feelings and gives clarity to the mind. Camphor is perhaps the main plant that is used worldwide for medicinal oils. It operates well in sesame oil. In such form, Camphor is a good stimulant and distracting means to delay joint and muscular pains. Inhalation of Camphor has a positive effect on the respiratory tract.

Caution: in excess camphor acts as a narcotic poison, exciting Vata and Pitta; it should be used only in small doses.
