Ginseng - one of the best tonics and rejuvenating plants. It promotes growth, revitalizes the body and mind. Its action is particularly effective when deficiency of the tissue is caused by dissorders of Vata in old age.

Can be used as a stimulant to enhance the growth of tissue, including nerve. In order to rejuvenate Ginseng is well combined with Ashwagandha, to improve digestion - with ginger.
