Breathe Deep tea is an Ayurvedic blend of herbs and spices traditionally believed to support healthy breathing. Yogic technology teaches that the breath is charged with Prana, a subtle life force. Breathe Deep tea is a traditional Ayurvedic blend of eucalyptus, elecampane, basil, ginger, liquorice root and other supporting herbs. For a perfect infusion, pour freshly boiled water over one teabag. Allow to steep for 4 to 6 minutes - or longer for a stronger flavour. Gently squeeze the teabag to let the active ingredients fully release into the water. This tea can be sweetened with a teaspoon of honey, which is believed to support the body's expectoration process.
