HIMALAYA SHILAJIT is a food supplement based on purified Himalayan shilajit extract. The product is designed to support natural energy levels, physical endurance, strength and overall vitality.

Shilajit is a naturally occurring, resin-like substance formed in mountain rocks. It has traditionally been used in Ayurvedic practice to support physical activity, endurance and vitality.

One of the most valuable components of shilajit is fulvic acid, a naturally occurring bioactive compound. The extract used in HIMALAYA SHILAJIT is standardised to contain 60% fulvic acid.

The maximum daily dose of four capsules provides 600 mg of dry shilajit extract, including 360 mg of fulvic acid. One capsule provides 150 mg of shilajit extract, including 90 mg of fulvic acid.
