Amchur Powder is also known as “Mango Powder”. Amchur powder is made from raw green Mango that are cut, sun-dried and finely grounded into powder. Amchur Powder is used much like tamarind in Indian vegetarian and Grain Cooking. Amchur powder is generally used in North Indian cooking to make spicy dishes like Chana Masala Mix, Shahi Paneer and other Indian cuisines. The use of Amchur is confined chiefly to Indian cookery, where it is used as an acid flavoring in curries, Chutney, marinades and as a condiment. Amchur powder gives very delicious flavor to the food. It is used as a souring agent in soups, dals and Vegetable dish. Mango Laddu (20 pcs)

1. Melt 3 \ 4 cup of butter, mix it with 1 cup of chick-pea flour and 1 tbsp amchura.

2. fry over low heat until the mixture is light brown, then add 3 \ 4 cup sah.pudry. And interfere, keeping the fire for about 10 minutes, until the mixture thickens.

3. Put the mixture on a tray and cool, cut into squares or roll balls.
