Ingredients: Cardamom (Amomum Subulatum), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum), Roasted Cloves (Syzygium Spp.), Turmeric (Curcuma Longa), Star Anise (Pimpinella Anisum), Non-Heat Treatment: Coriander (Coriandrum Sativum), Dry Green Chillies (Capsicum Annum), Black Pepper (Piper Nigrum), Cumin (Cuminum Cyminum), Mace (Myristica Fragrans), Onion (Allium Cepa), Ginger (Zingiber Officinalis), Nutmeg (Myristica Fragrans), Fennel (Foeniculum Vulgare), Salt.

Recipe for spicy rice:

Ingredients: Vegetables 500g, cut into small pieces, Rice 750g boiled with salt to taste, Potatoes 3-4 pieces or 250g, Yogurt 1/2 cup, Onions 4 medium size or 250g slices, Garlic Paste 1tbsp, Ginger Paste 1tbsp, Green Chillies 2-3 chopped, Oil/Ghee 1 cup or 200g, Water 1 Glass, Mangal Hyderabadi Biryani Masala 50g

Preperation: Heat oil/ghee and fry onions until golden, add garlic, ginger, potatoes, chicken/meat/veg and fry for 10 minutes.  Add yoghurt, Mangal Hyderabadi Biryani Masala, Green chillies and cook for 5 minutes.  Add water and cook until meat turns tender and gravy is thickened.  Spread the contents in a large pot and place the boiled rice over it.  Garnish with fried onions and serve hot.
