This product is based on the traditional Ayurvedic practice of oil pulling (Gandusha) — a natural method to detoxify and strengthen the oral cavity with the help of oils.

Unlike conventional mouthwashes, this product:

Use: Take a small sip of the mouthwash. Swish the mouthwash around in your mouth for 5-20 minutes. If you find this too long, try swishing for 2-5 minutes at first and increase the time as you practice. The mouthwash will double in size by drawing in saliva. When the time is up, empty the contents of your mouth and rinse with warm water.
