Composition of the daily dose (4 g / 2 cups of coffee):

Chromium picolinate: 160 mcg

Green coffee extract: 240 mg

L-Carnitine: 234 mg

Raspberry ketones: 160 mg

Green tea extract: 80 mg

Directions for use:

Dissolve 1 tsp (~2 g) in 40–60 ml warm water. Consume up to 2 servings daily, preferably before meals.

Dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women or individuals under 18 years of age. Chromium may increase insulin sensitivity and affect glucose levels. Diabetics and hypoglycemics should consult a doctor before taking the product.
