SIDDHALEPA is a traditional herbal balm from Sri Lanka, made with essential oils and natural plant extracts. It is suitable for use in cases of muscle and joint discomfort, stiffness after physical activity, and for massage. Its warming effect makes it especially useful for relieving tension in the neck and back. It may also be used for comfort during cold-like sensations, such as a stuffy nose, heaviness in the head or throat discomfort. The balm has a rich herbal–spicy aroma.

Key herbal ingredients:

Cinnamomum zeylanicum leaf oil, Camphor, Eucalyptus globulus oil, Cymbopogon nardus oil, Pine oil, Mentha arvensis oil.

How to use:

Apply a small amount to the skin and gently massage.

For cold-related discomfort apply to the forehead, temples, neck, throat, chest, around the nose or onto the feet. For enhanced effect add a small amount to hot water and inhale the aromatic steam.

For muscle tension apply to the affected area and massage thoroughly. Warming the skin beforehand may improve the effect.

Repeat every 3 hours if needed.

Cinnamomum Zeylanicum Leaf Oil, Cinnamomum Camphora, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Cymbopogon Nardus Oil, Pinus Species Oil, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Petrolatum, Paraffin Wax.

Precautions:

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to open wounds or damaged skin. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
