Suggested Recipe: Chicken Curry, Serves 4 People

Recipe Ingredients: 500g Chicken, 50g Sliced Onions, 100g Coconut, 3 tbsp Ginger Paste, 3 tbsp Garlic Paste, 50g Oil/Ghee, 50g Sliced Tomatoes, 25g Roasted Cashews, 1 Cup Water, 3 tbsp Mangal Chicken Masala.

Method: Mix Mangal Chicken Masala, Ginger, Garlic, Coconut and Water to form a thick paste.  Heat Ghee/Oil in a deep pan and add the paste, sliced tomatoes and onions.  Add chicken and cool until chicken turns tendered and garnish with roasted cashews.  Serve Hot.

Ingredients: Turmeric, Cardamom, Roasted Cloves, Coriander, Cumin, Chillies, Black Pepper, Mace, Salt.
