Herbs: European white lily (Nymphaea alba), lotus (Nelumbo), purslane/tukhm-e-khurfa (Portulaca oleracea seeds), Blue star water lily ( Nymphaea nouchali), chicory (Vitis vinifera), borage and coriander.
Vegetables: Mint, Carrot, Spinach and Luffa aegyptiaca.
